Russian IT community in the context of socio-cultural modernization. Interview results. Part 2

The article is the second part of a study socio-cultural characteristics Russian community IT specialists. examines responses received during interviews specialists on topics such as modernization society, assessment process by and their identification possible obstacles; development digital economy in Russia, effectiveness state subject economy; attitude to phenomenon “Russian hackers”; “useful” “harmful” qualities specialist context potential specialist; “gray” technologies Russia; benefits humanitarian practices for field technologies. In question we found out that respondents have request participate choice way social development. overwhelming majority agreed digitalization going dynamically. general, they also positively assessed role economy. However, expressed some concerns about relationship between society state. offered options improving competitiveness IT. useful included features constant learning new things, ability work collectively, diligence, efficiency, logical thinking increased activity. Such arrogance, which, our opinion, main obstacle positive use studied tool modernization, well unreliability work, value nomadism, etc. were attributed negative ones. All interlocutors actively lives are versatile personalities, which may indicate output “techies” purely areas. aim research has been achieved: with this confirmed results previous studies.
